Who Are We
Table Made is a curated tabletop rental studio serving weddings, corporate events, and editorial shoots across the Southeast and beyond. We handle premium tabletop rentals and logistics for beautiful events, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Delivery & Warehouse Assistant to help keep orders moving smoothly.
This is a physical, fast-paced support role. You’ll be part of the team that stages, loads, delivers, returns, and organizes rental inventory so events run on time and items stay protected.
Responsibilites
Warehouse & Order Staging
- Stage orders for upcoming events (pull, count, and organize rentals)
- Pack and secure inventory for transport using established procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse (shelving, labels, zones)
- Assist with returns: unload, sort, and reset items into proper areas
- Flag damaged or missing items to the Operations team
Delivery & Pickup Support
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Support local deliveries and pickups as scheduled
- Follow handling standards to protect fragile rentals (glassware, china, flatware)
- Use checklists to confirm counts and order accuracy
- Communicate timing updates to the team during delivery/pickup days
Event Support (as needed)
- Assist with load-in/load-out at venues
- Support on-site execution tasks as assigned (set staging, breakdown support)
- Help locate and retrieve remaining rentals at the end of events when needed
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
- Must have reliable transportation to the warehouse and job sites
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Comfortable working weekends, occasionally depending on delivery schedules
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow processes
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and at event venues
- Event, warehouse, moving, catering, or delivery is a plus
Schedule
- Part-time, schedule varies based on event calendar
- Mix of weekday shifts and occasional weekend shifts
- Most shifts are scheduled in advance (with some flexibility needed during busy weeks)
