Physical Therapy By Phoenix is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Augusta, KS. The ideal candidate will be engaging and friendly with a drive to pursue exceptional clinical quality. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional improvement, pain reduction, and long-term wellness in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Compensation

$68,000 – $78,000

Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Current and active state Physical Therapy license
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and use of physical agents as appropriate
  • Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care to maximize outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, condition management, and recovery expectations
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care
  • Ensure informed consent and clearly communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives
  • Discharge patients when goals are achieved and provide recommendations or referrals as needed

  • Foundational clinical reasoning based on evidence and scientific principles
