. By working directly alongside our senior infrastructure team, you will build a solid technical foundation, gaining the real‑world skills needed to eventually advance into higher‑level network and systems engineering pathways.
- Serve as the first line of defense, providing friendly and helpful technical support to over 200 internal users across our branch locations.
- Troubleshoot everyday hardware and software issues (PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices).
- Assist with basic user administration, including password resets, account lockouts, and software permissions.
- Set up, configure, and deploy workstations for new employees.
- Document technical issues in our ticketing system and seamlessly elevate complex network or server problems to our Systems Engineer.
- No degree required
—we value technical curiosity, work ethic, and a drive to learn above formal credentials. - Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer hardware.
- Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting proficiency, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Stable work history is a must.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a basic technical support environment.
- Interest in or basic exposure to foundational IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
- A willingness to learn about cybersecurity compliance frameworks like CMMC / NIST 800-171.
- U.S. Citizenship is required
