As a nursing professional in a Level II Trauma Pediatric ICU, you will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional pediatric care. Exposure to diverse workplace practices, advanced equipment, and Meditech/CPN EMR systems provides a rich environment for professional growth. Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 1 year of acute care hospital PICU RN experience
• Active BLS and PALS certifications
• CRRT experience, APHON certification, or prior work in a pediatric teaching hospital preferred
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and prioritize patient care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric ICU patients with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, dietary teams, and case management
• Perform critical procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
• Utilize general CR monitoring equipment and chart using Meditech/CPN EMR
• Contribute skill and compassion in a collaborative, supportive teaching hospital environment
