Travel Post-Anesthesia Care Unit RN - Augusta, Kansas

Schedule/Hours:

• 5A - 5P
• Day shift only
• Flexible call schedule, with a 30-minute facility response time

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with unrestricted status
• Proven experience in Phase 2 recovery (required)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Pre-op experience or willingness to support pre-op staff preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-focused mindset

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care for pre-operative and phase 2 recovery for Urology, GYN, and Same Day Surgery patients
• Monitor and manage patients post-procedures (including Endo, cath lab, infusions, EKGs, and blood transfusions)
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Operate and troubleshoot a range of modern medical technologies and EMR systems (Meditech)
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and changing patient needs
