MSAD 15 is anticipating seeking a dynamic candidate to fill the Lead Secretary position at the Burchard
A. Dunn School.
This full‑time, year‑round position acts as the primary administrative support and office manager, coordinating daily operations, managing student records, and handling communication between staff, parents, and administration.
The successful candidate will work closely with administration, must be flexible, communicate in a clear and friendly manner with all stakeholders, and have the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Essential skills for this position include, but are not limited to, strong organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and a strong command of technology and technology‑based education platforms.
School secretary experience preferred.
Qualifications and Additional InformationApplicants must hold a current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check prior to employment.
