Overview
The Mailroom and Copy Center Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations across both service areas. This hands-on position involves operating mailroom and copy equipment, assisting students, faculty, and staff, and ensuring timely and efficient handling of mail and print services. The role also includes training and supervising student workers. The anticipated pay rate is $18.39 per hour.

- Perform daily copy/print tasks from hard copy, email, or digital files.
- Supervise and train 7–8 student workers; assign and review work.
- Maintain equipment, records, and collect user payments.
- Receive, sort, and distribute U.S. and inter-campus mail in the Mailroom.
- Operate postage systems and log certified/special mail.
- Deliver and pick up mail on and between campuses.
- Assign and manage student mailboxes and key inventory.
- Maintain computerized mail and delivery logs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic machines/computers.
- Dependable, organized, and able to handle confidential materials.
