- Accurately input, verify, and update large volumes of data into company databases and software systems.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or errors.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records in compliance with internal policies and data security standards.
- Generate and compile reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure data accuracy and completeness for financial, HR, and operational reporting.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and escalate critical issues to supervisors or IT teams as needed.
- Support the implementation of data management best practices and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, if applicable).
- 3+ years of proven experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy and minimal error rates.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, pivot tables, and data formatting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with database systems, CRM platforms, or ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in data management is preferred.
