Provide advanced office support and clerical work for the condemnation unit within the Property Office. Assist with organizing and condemning property for department projects according to the condemnation schedule. Prepare and assemble legal documents and correspondence for weekly condemnations, including recordable legal documents, data entry into databases, property owner correspondence, and property acquisition payment processing. Support the Title Office with title file maintenance and archiving.

- Assist the Title Office with title file maintenance and archiving.
- Experience, training, or education in office and administrative support work, demonstrating competency in office processes and administrative functions for complex secretarial tasks.
- Ability to use independent judgment, initiative, and discretion to make determinations on varied matters.
- Competency in legal terminology and legal practices to perform complex secretarial tasks.
- All positions in this classification assume secretary qualifications.
