In This Role, You Will

• This Project Support will assist the Project Manager by handling key administrative and technical tasks, including SAP task-based routing, purchase requests, purchase orders and providing general support to different projects and programs.
• Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently without close supervision
• Parse data and present in a meaningful format
• Analyze project financials and budgets
• Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately
• Utilize SAP to:
• Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders
• Troubleshoots and resolves errors or issues with attention to detail
• Processes receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing process

To Succeed In This Role, You Bring

• Two-Year Degree in Business related field
• 1 year of experience in construction and project management
• Excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint Expertise. (Microsoft Excel utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions).
• SAP experience preferred
