We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our growing team in Augusta, ME. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving project excellence, collaborating with industry leaders, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes across complex initiatives.

• Support budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and asset tracking activities for projects and operational work.
• Work with finance, project managers, and program teams to help track project costs and support accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with monitoring project spending and ongoing operational costs to support successful project execution and planning.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in construction and project management.
• Excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint experience (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions).
