Job Description

Advises teams to conduct thorough market research and analysis for multiple product portfolios, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic goals and anticipating and responding to industry shifts and competitive challenges. Oversees teams in identifying and capitalizing on customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements. Leads internal teams in the development of problem statements and solutions. Directs the product lifecycle from planning to release and empowers team members to maintain and evolve roadmaps for a wide range of products/features.

Establishes best‑in‑class practices for the organization and leverages insights to drive product optimization and high‑impact results.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate teams to conduct market research and analysis, evaluating complex data patterns across multiple portfolios and prioritizing high‑value initiatives.
  • Advise teams to ensure the product portfolio aligns with Oracle’s goals and anticipates/responds to industry shifts and competitive challenges.
  • Direct cross‑functional teams to drive alignment between customers, the market, internal stakeholders, and Oracle’s broader strategic vision.
  • Obtain alignment from stakeholders on market trend analysis and gathered information to shape product positioning, pricing, and market strategy.
  • Oversee teams in identifying and capitalizing on customers' unmet needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead internal teams in developing problem statements and hypotheses for innovative products.
  • Direct solution identification processes and provide oversight on solutions identified.
  • Set guidelines for the creation and maintenance of solution artifacts (e.g., regulatory requirements, functional and non‑functional requirements, user documentation).
  • Direct the planning, execution, and release processes for the organization’s product lifecycle.
  • Empower team members to maintain and evolve roadmaps for a wide range of products/features.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive delivery excellence, adherence to project timelines, and achievement of strategic milestones.
  • Guide teams collecting and analyzing metrics (e.g., Service Requests, bugs, customer feedback, customer volumes) to drive product optimization.
  • Refine the development and review of user stories and acceptance criteria, assuring top‑tier product quality and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Align diverse teams on prioritizing and executing high‑value features and experiences, ensuring delivery on success criteria and OKRs.
  • Obtain alignment with key stakeholders to define and drive product direction consistent with the company's vision, business goals, and customer needs.
  • Scope work needed to develop products and deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with Oracle’s desired future state.
  • Direct business performance and operations reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Guide the innovation and evolution of products through the identification and prioritization of new features and enhancements.
  • Maintain alignment across business units and foster high‑level communication channels to drive success.
  • Develop cross‑team guidance, empowering teams to manage and overcome stakeholder pushback.
  • Oversee and execute innovative solutions tied to OKRs and KPIs, ensuring high‑impact results.
  • Recommend success criteria and performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs) for multiple products and features.
  • Lead cross‑team user testing and iterative development, ensuring product enhancements are user‑driven and market‑relevant.
  • Proactively monitor teams advocating for customers and integrate feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and transform it into strategic improvements.
  • Drive teams to adopt a customer‑centric approach that identifies and prioritizes enhancements delivering business value.
  • Define new product capabilities and feature designs, ensuring alignment with customer feedback and market analysis.
