Management Analyst II

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of finance, contracts, and operations? Join our team and play a key role in supporting the business functions that keep vital psychiatric services running smoothly across two major facilities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the drafting and coordination of contracts for RPC and DDPC
  • Partner with program staff to develop and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Oversee contract amendments and ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Financial Managers to ensure proper contract allocation and funding determinations
  • Work closely with the Division of Contract Management (DCM) to implement contracts effectively
  • Review contracts, RFPs, and reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze financial data across multiple systems to support reconciliations and reporting
  • Monitor contract budgets and identify discrepancies or amendment needs
  • Train staff on state procurement and contracting processes
  • Resolve financial or processing issues in coordination with the DHHS Service Center
  • Process and approve invoices in a timely manner
  • Contribute to additional operational priorities as needed

What You Bring

  • Eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience in analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.

Preferred will be given to candidates with the following experience:

  • Managing and overseeing complex contracts, including multi-service and multi-funding structures
  • Developing, reviewing, and editing RFPs
  • Analyzing detailed financial reports and data sets
  • Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills
  • Effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders
