Job Description

• Manage daily on-site activities to ensure construction projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain seamless project execution.
• Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding updates and potential challenges.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols to ensure a secure job site.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment on-site.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong knowledge of property construction practices and procedures.
• Effective communication and organizational skills to manage on-site operations.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
• Experience with maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance on job sites.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changes efficiently.
