Job Description
- Manage daily on-site activities to ensure construction projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain seamless project execution.
- Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in resolving on-site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding updates and potential challenges.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols to ensure a secure job site.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment on-site.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong knowledge of property construction practices and procedures.
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage on-site operations.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
- Experience with maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance on job sites.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changes efficiently.
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
