Jobot in Maine is seeking a Commercial Senior Project Manager (GC) to lead all stages of commercial construction projects from concept to close. You will develop plans, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.
You will review designs for compliance, negotiate contracts, manage risks, and ensure safety standards. A CCM or PMP is a plus; 5+ years PM experience in commercial construction is expected.
