Construction Laborer – Civil & Solar

Performs a variety of hands-on tasks to support civil construction, earthwork, utility, and solar site development projects. Responsibilities include site preparation, excavation support, grading, trenching, material handling, erosion control, and general job site maintenance. Works closely with equipment operators and field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

$20-28 Hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.

Quirion is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil earthwork operations, including excavation, grading, trenching, utility installation, and site preparation. This position is responsible for coordinating crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with heavy civil construction operations, and the ability to maintain schedules, quality standards, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
