** Job Summary
** The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining positive account relationships by functioning as an in-office customer service contact in order to meet customer expectations and increase profits.
** Principle Duties and Responsibilities
*** Works directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure adequate production levels of product are present or scheduled for customer needs
* Works directly with customers and in house production and transportation management to coordinate order fulfillment
* Contact customers in accordance with proposed schedule and resolves concerns and problems
* Inspects product quality and monitor inventory levels
* Conducts price comparisons and communicates information as required
* Assists in the resolution of production scheduling conflicts.
* Assists in resolving accounts receivable problems and opportunities
* Prepares various reports and maintains records as required
* Performs other duties as required
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum of an associate's degree preferred
* Minimum of one year of customer service experience
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications###
