Hodgdon Tenders is seeking an experienced Composite Technician to join our boat building team and manage all phases of composite boat construction. You will work with the Composites Supervisor to keep schedules current and ensure high‑quality results across multiple projects.
Work hours are 6:00am-4:30pm, four days per week, with occasional extra shifts or weekend work. This role offers Fridays off and a pathway to contribute to a premium boat building operation.
