Job Duties: As a Paraprofessional/Teacher Aide, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing support to classroom teachers in implementing educational programs
• Assisting students with instructional tasks under the guidance of the classroom teacher
• Supporting students with special needs in accessing the curriculum and achieving academic goals
• Collaborating with school staff and parents to ensure the success and well-being of students
• Implementing behavior management strategies as directed by the classroom teacher or special education team
• Providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students as needed
• Supporting students during transitions between activities or locations within the school
• Assisting with the supervision of students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times
