Job Description:
As an ESL Teacher with Soliant Education, you will provide essential support to students who are learning English as a second language. Your role will involve creating and delivering effective ESL instruction, fostering language development, and collaborating with school staff to ensure that ESL students achieve their academic and personal goals.

• Develop and implement engaging ESL curriculum and lesson plans that cater to students’ varying levels of English proficiency.
• Assess students’ English language skills and design individualized learning plans to address their specific needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students, helping them improve their English language skills while mastering academic content.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate ESL strategies and support into classroom instruction.
• Monitor and document students’ progress, making necessary adjustments to instructional methods and materials.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports language development and academic achievement.

• Must hold a valid ESL teaching license.
• Experience teaching ESL students preferred.
• Strong understanding of ESL teaching methodologies and strategies.
• Excellent munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
