Maine Arts Academy is a charter public school in beautiful Central Maine serving students grades 7-12. Maine Arts Academy is seeking to hire an Assistant Head of School/Assistant Principal beginning in the 2026/2027 school year.
Candidates should have experience managing staff and students by providing instructional leadership, coaching feedback and promoting student's behavioral and academic success.
Candidates should understand how to set limits, have appropriate boundaries and act in a professional manner. Exeptional organizational skills and a positive attitude are important. MeAA offers 100% Health Insurance for the employee, dental, vision and half-day Fridays.
