This position, based in Orono, Maine
, is integral to the support of libraries across the state of Maine. This position will provide technical and customer support for online library services made available through Maine Info Net, the University of Maine System, and the Maine State Library. This position provides first level support for various online library services managed through Maine Info Net, such as the MILS, Minerva, and University of Maine State Library and Dirigo catalogs, the inter-library lending system Maine Cat, statewide research tools, and the Maine Info Net Download Library.
This position works closely with the staff of Maine Info Net on various ongoing and short-term projects that require knowledge of library practices and use of technology in developing solutions to problems.
