OverviewThe Document Control Specialist III (DCS) will have responsibility for assisting in and maintaining project documentation, transmittals, submittals, and communications in the Power Delivery and associated Power Sectors. The DCS will work with project managers, Engineers, team members, shareholders, clients and other DCS in developing, updating, requesting, receiving, and publishing project documents. The DCS will learn the TRC and multiple client document management requirements and specifications and will maintain a high degree of internal customer service via clear and timely communication and reporting.
This position may require leadership of DCS team members and oversight of work and following of procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education:
High school Diploma with work experience, Associate Degree or higher preferred. - Minimum 10+ years demonstrated communication skills to deal with internal/external clients.
- Experience with appropriate software (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, social media).
- Leadership experience, management experience preferred.
