Job Description
Tex Tech Industries is a leading global developer and manufacturer of engineered, high-performance materials with sophisticated manufacturing capabilities to position it as a leading supplier to the aerospace, defense, law enforcement, industrial, and sporting goods sectors is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer at our North Monmouth facility.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will assess, monitor, and enhance performance for our manufacturing facility. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will collect data and analyze current practices to develop process improvements to implement changes in workflows, structures, and manufacturing processes to ensure improved and continuous improvement in Tex Tech's performance.
Participates in overall product strategy development and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.
Will train, mentor and guide personnel in new processes. A bachelor’s degree in engineering such as Industrial, Technical, Manufacturing, Mechanical or other relevant field is a must.
A background in product development/manufacturing process is a plus.
Should be familiar with or have experience with Six Sigma and Kaizen methodology.
