Financial Advisor (FA) – Three‑year program with a forgivable draw, focusing on financial planning and selling investment management solutions to TD Wealth clients.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of contact, providing client service and developing relationships to grow share of wallet.
  • Conduct thorough client discovery and complete financial needs analysis to deliver goals‑based advice.
  • Partner with lead generation activities and promote referrals to Retail, Small Business, and Commercial partners.
  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including onboarding, annual client review (ACR) meetings, and proactive communications.
  • Execute a differentiated service model, meeting quarterly and annual sales goals and deepening wallet share.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, policy, and procedure requirements (e.g., OCC, SEC, SRO regulations, CIP, AML procedures).
  • Provide coaching and on‑going feedback to new FAs and retail staff.
  • Represent TD Wealth to the public and support community initiatives.
  • Travel within the assigned market as needed for client and prospect meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of experience providing financial advice, planning, and investment sales.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66 (or equivalent) required; L&H license needed.
  • Strong understanding of wealth products, client relationship management, and consultative sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
  • Self‑directed with the ability to plan activities to achieve sales and referral goals.
  • Willingness to travel up to five days a week within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency with core banking and client‑management tools.
