Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for privacy compliance governance and operational risk management
- Monitor and assess emerging U.S. privacy regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence for vendors
- Review and validate privacy-related contractual clauses
- Execute risk-based monitoring and prepare reports for senior management
- 5+ years of experience in Privacy Compliance
- Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- IAPP licenses are a plus
- Must be detail-oriented with high attention to risk awareness and management
