Core Responsibilities:
As a Management Analyst II in the Division of Contract Management, you will:
- Provide contractual oversight and administration of purchase of service agreements.
- Review contract budgets, revisions, final quarter financial reports, and closeout reports
- Collaborate with program management, financial staff, auditors and providers.
- Monitor and evaluate the agreement financial and compliance components.
- Partner with program management and providers in overall assessment of performance in order to assure integrated service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and appropriate use of state/federal funds.
- Assure that contractual requirements are met, the regulatory changes are incorporated, and that needed changes to the system occur as related to compliance or other issues.
- Develop and analyze purchase of service agreements.
- Work with Program Offices to develop and refine contract language.
Minimum Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must have eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
The background of well-qualified candidates will demonstrate the following competencies:
- Experience in the development and oversight of contracts or financial processes, preferably those with multi-service levels and complex funding sources, including invoice processing.
- A demonstrated ability to successfully analyze complex financial reports using Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tools.
