Maine State CU is hiring a Member Experience Specialist II in Augsuta.
Overview- Salary Range: $20.00 – $22.00 hourly
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people reach their financial goals? We’re seeking a
Member Experience Specialist II to join our high-volume Augusta Branch, where you’ll build meaningful member relationships, support daily branch operations, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
In this role, you’ll build strong member relationships, process financial transactions, identify financial needs, recommend products and services, and serve as a resource for team members. You’ll also assist with branch operations, cash management, fraud prevention, and assisting with training newer staff.
What You’ll Do:- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
- Provide personalized solutions that support members’ financial well-being
- Educate members on credit union products and services
- Assist with fraud prevention and account research
- Support and train Member Experience Specialist team members
- Participate in community outreach and branch initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, banking, credit unions, financial services, or cash-handling environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
- Previous teller or credit union experience preferred
