Schedule:
40 Hours / Days 8:00 – 4:30, Monday–Friday (Consistent Schedule)
As a CMA on our Outpatient Surgery & ENT team, you’ll play a key role in keeping visits running smoothly while supporting both patients and providers.
Clinical Responsibilities- Assist with collecting statistics and preparing patients for visits.
- Assist providers during examinations.
- Assist with basic diagnostic procedures and perform specimen collection as required.
- Communicate observed changes in patient condition to medical staff for assessment.
- Document patient care given.
- Perform duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, scribing, data entry, prior authorization, and patient registration.
- Maintain equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain examination areas.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities.
