School-Based Speech Language Pathologist; SLP Gardiner, ME

Soliant is seeking a dedicated full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Gardiner, Maine for the 2024/2025 school year. As a member of our educational community, you will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• K‑6th grade support.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Active or pending Maine state license in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Experience working with school‑aged children with various speech and language disorders.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging therapy environment for students.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
