We're hiring Clinical Associates (Behavioral Health Professionals) across Central Maine, including Augusta, Skowhegan, Waterville, Fairfield, Unity, and Madison. Perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.

What You'll Do
- Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
- Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Assist with assessments and data collection
- Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches

Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid
- Ed Tech I Certification
- Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)

Schedule
- School-based services:
Monday to Friday, daytime hours - Home/community sessions: after school hours
- Some flexibility during training
