Lafayette Hotels, a family-owned and operated company with over 30 hotels and restaurants throughout Maine and New Hampshire, is seeking a talented General Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of the hotel, from day-to-day operations to hiring and supervising staff. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential in ensuring the success of the hotel. As a team player, you will be expected to jump in and assist in any position, whether it's housekeeping, maintenance, or the front desk.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the hotel
• Hire, train, supervise, and discipline staff
• Control costs and maximize revenues
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee Restaurant, Banquet, and Kitchen operations
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize hotel performance

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong work ethic and honesty
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Food and Beverage leadership experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
