Human Resources Generalist - Public Service Coordinator I

This position provides professional level human resources services for State agencies served by the Security and Employment Service Center. The focus of this position is to manage all position actions and work with agencies in advising and processing of job classification actions. The position will also participate in recruitment efforts, query and maintain reports such as vacancies, position reports, and seniority lists, and run complex data analytics reports.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all position actions and coordinate with agencies on job classification activities.
  • Advise agencies on position management, FJAs, and classification decisions.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts for agencies.
  • Query and maintain vacancy, position, and seniority reports.
  • Run complex data analytics reports.
  • Coordinate assignments with agencies, the Bureau of Human Resources, the Office of the State Controller, and the Bureau of Budget.
Qualifications
  • Experience in mid-level human resources.
  • Experience with position management, FJAs, PRISM payroll, and PRISM recruiting is preferred.
