Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for banking center and corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders
- Contribute to onboarding, engagement, recognition, and well‑being initiatives
- Use data and insights to improve recruiting and engagement outcomes
- Support HR projects and organization-wide initiatives that strengthen culture and performance
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with recruiting and employee relations exposure, or someone eager to learn the HR function, while leveraging their banking experience
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Sound judgment, empathy, and discretion
- HRIS/ATS experience
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed is required, as well as a minimum of 1 day per week in our Camden, Maine office.
- Preferred (not required): HR certification, Workday experience, regulated‑industry experience, or exposure to engagement and well‑being programs.
