• Review datasets and relationships between data sources to verify and document business rules
• Analyze trends, patterns, and outputs across multiple systems and vendors
• Translate complex data findings into clear, understandable documentation for diverse audiences
• Communicate planned analytical approaches when data is incomplete or evolving
• Ensure all available data is included and accurately represented in analysis

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• 3–5 years of experience with data models and data mining
• Proven ability to understand and document business rules from data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple concurrent projects

• Experience with XML and Java Script
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL (writing original scripts, not canned queries)
• Familiarity with Star Schema design and segmentation techniques
