• Provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems for users
• Serve as a first point of contact for Level 1 support

• Experience with Windows 10/11
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with PC and laptop hardware
