Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst
Job Title
Evaluate business and technological problems;
Provide technical advice and consultation to management and professional staff regarding quality assurance standards and associated business practices. Assist with business systems requirements, quality controls, developing test scenarios, creating test files and complex documents based on input from stakeholders to ensure the proper delivery of program services and product deliverables. Collect and evaluate pertinent data related to projects to develop reports and recommendations and document change management processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, project teams, and managers to discuss problems, correct plans, and implement organizational solutions. Confer with vendors and/or IT personnel on system problems to troubleshoot abnormalities and identify solutions.
DESCRIPTION:
Perform system configuration tasks, maintains application systems, integrate vendor system components
Perform activities to validate the integrity of the system and that quality control standards are maintained throughout systems and processes.
Perform unit testing on system configuration changes;
Integrate vendor system components into existing business systems
