Lumen is seeking an Operations Technician in Augusta, ME to support DHS and NCPS initiatives within a hands-on NOC environment. You’ll handle fiber maintenance and firmware/network gear across a data center and office setting.
Required:
TS clearance with TSSCI eligibility, experience with Juniper JunOS, Netscreen/Cisco hardware, and Solar Winds; willing to work 24x7 shifts. Preferred:
Associate’s degree and knowledge of BGP, VLANs, IPSec, VMware, and Windows Server.
