10+ years in IT Project Management, PMO, IV&V, or Independent QA Oversight for large government or healthcare implementations. Experience managing fixed-price engagements and executive reporting preferred. PMP certification is desirable.

Serve as the primary point of contact; manage the IV&V engagement; lead governance meetings; oversee project risks and issues; review implementation progress; coordinate deliverables; prepare IV&V Management Plan, Quarterly Reports, Phase Assessments, and Executive Briefings; ensure contractual compliance.
