Camden National Bank is seeking an experienced banking leader to join our team as a Banking Center Manager at our Augusta, Eastern Avenue location. This is more than a branch leadership role—it's an opportunity to build on a strong foundation, deepen relationships across the community, and help drive growth for both consumer and business customers.

As Banking Center Manager III, you'll serve as both a business development leader and people leader. You'll:

• Grow and deepen consumer, small business, and commercial relationships.
• Lead business development efforts across the local market.
• Utilize your business lending knowledge to identify opportunities and provide solutions for business clients.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Ensure a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and customer focus.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and overall banking center operations.

• Has significant banking leadership experience, including business development and relationship management.
• Brings a strong understanding of business lending and commercial banking relationships.
• Is passionate about helping businesses, consumers, and communities thrive.

The prospective range of pay we will offer to a successful applicant to this position is $59,400.00-$88,350.00, which represents a good faith estimate of what we expect to offer at the time of posting based on the role’s responsibilities, level and location. Actual starting salary will be determined by the Bank in the Bank’s discretion, and shall depend on the applicant’s experience, skills, education, certifications, as well as other relevant business conditions.
