new hire rates for production operators at our north monmouth location who want to be part of a growing and evolving leading global manufacturer of high-performance textiles. Our products are used in aircraft, automotive, filtration, protective apparel, defense and space applications.

tex tech industries is hiring, we currently have 8 openings at our north monmouth plant at 105 north main street. Our open positions include loom operator, material handler and other production positions.

the positions require frequent standing and walking for up to 12 hours a day, frequent lifting, twisting, kneeling and bending. Frequent lifting of 10 to 75 lbs (with some assistance). Must have fine motor skills and manual dexterity along with good vision and be able to distinguish color variations.

shift schedule:

• a shift – 12 hour days m-w 5 a.m.–5 p.m., th 6 hour day 5 a.m.–11 a.m., 42 hour workweek. No shift premium.
• b shift – 12 hour days m-w 5 p.m.–5 a.m., th 6 hour day 5 p.m.–11 p.m., 42 hour workweek, $0.19 per hour shift premium for hours worked on scheduled shift.
• c shift – th 6 hour day 11 a.m.–5 p.m., fr-su 12 hour days 5 a.m.–5 p.m., 42 hour workweek, $1 per hour shift premium for hours worked on scheduled shift.
• d shift – th 6 hour day 11 p.m.–5 a.m., fr-su 12 hour days 5 p.m.–5 a.m., 42 hour workweek, $1.50 per hour shift premium for hours worked on scheduled shift.
• 1st shift – m-f 8 hour days 7 a.m.–3 p.m., no shift premium.
• 1st shift – m-th 10 hour days typically 7 a.m.–5 p.m., no shift premium.
• 2nd shift – m-th 10 hour days hours vary, $0.30 shift premium for hours worked on scheduled shift.
