Methods Technician - Process

You will join the Methods team (9 people) and contribute directly to the industrial performance of our production lines. Your mission is to collaborate with methods engineers to evolve and improve manufacturing processes throughout the product life cycle (design, series life, end of life), focusing on Safety, Quality, Costs and Deadlines.

• Technical Data Management and Optimization
  • Create, update and manage the obsolescence of ranges, bills of materials and data related to our ERP (M3).
  • Measure, maintain production times and enter them into our ERP.
  • Manage Technical Change Orders (modification, evolution of product nomenclatures).
• Daily production support
  • You are the support point for the field teams (operators, team leaders).
  • Analyze and address incidents related to procedures, components, or operating procedures.
  • Update documents and production materials (PDF, HTML).
• Continuous improvement & product development
  • Write procedures and operating procedures related to our production islands.
  • Collaborate in tandem with the methods engineers on the production launch of new products and the improvement of existing processes.
  • Manage technical changes to our products and processes (follow‑up, reminders, cost analysis, preparation of associated committees).
  • Support teams in a continuous improvement process.

• You graduated with a bachelor’s degree (Methods Technician, etc.) or equivalent, with first experience in Process Methods and a taste for the field.
• You are comfortable with digital tools (ERP, technical files, HTML). Knowledge of an ERP is essential.
• You ideally have experience in an industrial and electronic environment.
