Production Supervisor

Salary:
Up to $115,000 + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established lumber manufacturer for an experienced Production Manager to lead sawmill operations at its facility in Jackman, Maine.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the sawmill. You'll lead supervisors and production employees, drive a strong safety culture, improve operational performance, and ensure production, quality and recovery targets are consistently achieved.

• Previous leadership experience within a sawmill or lumber manufacturing operation.
• Experience as a Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Sawmill Supervisor or similar.
• Strong understanding of sawmill production processes and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
