If you have a background in manufacturing, welding, grinding, soldering, or other hands-on work, this could be a great fit. As a Machine Operator, you'll operate specialized equipment while inspecting products and making adjustments to keep production running smoothly.

What You'll Do Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications. Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality. Inspect finished products using measurements and visual inspection. Work with precision materials and perform detailed inspections, including microscope work. Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe. Communicate equipment issues or quality concerns to your supervisor. What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

Comfort with basic math, measurements, and precision work. Previous experience in manufacturing, welding, grinding, soldering, or a similar hands-on environment is a plus. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work comfortably with small or detailed components. Dependability and a strong work ethic.
