RN - Skilled Nursing

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Every other weekend required, with holiday rotations.

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care setting. You will provide essential nursing care to residents in a supportive environment.

• Conduct admissions, discharges, and medication passing
• Perform treatments and care for residents with conditions such as CHF, COPD, and post-surgical needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT/OT/SLP, case managers, and dieticians
• Manage IV therapy, G-tubes, and wound vacs as required
• Maintain accurate documentation using the MyUnity EMR system

• Current LPN licensure and BLS certification required
• PICC line experience and IV certification preferred
• Must have experience in long-term care and skilled nursing environments
