RN or LPN Charge - Float Position

• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Alternating bi-weekly schedule:
  Week 1: 32 hours
  Week 2: 40 hours

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team in a float position
. This role provides nursing care across multiple care areas, supporting continuity of care for our Veterans, their spouses, and Gold Start Parents.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans
• Float between care areas as assigned to meet staffing and resident care needs
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality, resident-centered care
• Accurately document nursing care and resident status
• Support and uphold the mission of honoring and serving our veteran population
