Description Schedule Details

  • 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Alternating bi-weekly schedule:
    Week 1: 32 hours
    Week 2: 40 hours
  • Every other weekend rotation required

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Memory Care Village, Freedom Bay
. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to memory care residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents’ physical and cognitive status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
  • Provide a calm, supportive presence during overnight hours
  • Collaborate with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation of care and resident status
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment for residents
  • Support the mission of honoring and serving our Veteran population
