Job Summary

Glenridge Memory Care seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care to residents with memory loss in a supportive, resident‑centered environment.

Location: Glenridge, Augusta - Gardens Unit
Schedule: Full‑time (36 hours/week)
Shift: Nights (7p.m.–7a.m.)
Pay: $20,000 sign‑on bonus potential for experienced nurses (up to $7 per hour for select shifts)

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on data collection to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to individual age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Assist in and delegate patient care to ancillary personnel.
• Precept student nurses and new hires when needed.

• Current Registered Nurse in the State of Maine, or ability to obtain one promptly.
• One year of nursing experience preferred; new graduates may apply.
