Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - PRN

Overview

As a provider you will deliver personalized care directly at members’ homes or skilled nursing facilities, helping improve health outcomes and close care gaps.

• Conduct adult/geriatric assessments, including medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, and appropriate referrals.
• Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel.
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians on patient education and follow‑up.
• Document services according to Matrix guidelines and protocols.
• Provide services at the member’s place of residence (home or skilled nursing facility).

• Flexible scheduling: visits scheduled Sunday–Saturday, 8 am–7 pm based on your availability.
• Competitive pay: earnings per assessment $90–115; monthly income $1,800–$11,500 for 20–100 visits.

• Support for additional state licensure and credentialing if needed.
• Full‑time opportunities available for PRN providers with a full‑time sign‑on bonus.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure in state of practice with prescription authority or ability to obtain it.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• Preferred: 1 year of NP experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Insurance coverage:
Bodily injury $100,000 per person / $300,000 per incident; property damage $50,000; collision and comprehensive deductibles $1,000 or less.
