Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) – Pittsfield, Maine | Up to $35/hour

• Evaluate clients and develop care plans for clinical and non‑clinical teams.
• Collaborate with the caregiving team, patients, and families to ensure the highest level of care.

• Work alongside the care team to develop care plans and complete documentation.
• Assist with promoting client independence and healing.
• Demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care and treatments.

• Active RN license in Maine.
• 1 to 2 years of prior experience.
• Active CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• COVID‑19 and flu vaccinations required by state regulations, unless medically exempt.
